Something not working, or an idea for the game? Write to us. We read every message.

Delete your data

Everything the game keeps about your play is on your device; uninstalling the game removes it. Our server keeps only your leaderboard name, your best scores and, if you used invites, your invite records.

• Email your leaderboard name to polarity-spiral@vientoapps.com with the subject "Delete my data". You find the name on the Leaderboard screen.
• We delete your name, scores and invite records within 30 days and write back when it is done.

Common questions

I bought No Ads. How do I get it on a new phone?

Install the game with the same Google or Apple account and No Ads comes back by itself. On iPhone and iPad you can also tap "Already bought No Ads? Restore it" at the bottom of the No Ads screen.

How do I change my leaderboard name?

Open the Leaderboard and tap Change name. Names are 3 to 16 letters or digits; spaces, - and _ are allowed too.

My friend joined, but I did not get the 250 coins.

The coins come once your friend has installed the game with your link or code and finished a first run, and they appear the next time you open the game. A friend counts only once and only if they are new to the game: a phone that has had Polarity Spiral before, or a player who already accepted an invite, does not count.

Where are my coins and themes after I reinstalled the game?

Coins and themes are kept on your device, so uninstalling removes them. No Ads is the exception: it belongs to your store account and comes back.

Can I play without a connection?

Yes. The game plays fully offline. Ads, the leaderboards and invites need a connection; your scores wait and go up when you are back online.

The game feels slow or stutters.

Update to the newest version from the store, then close the game fully and open it again. If it still happens, email us your phone model and the theme you were playing.
