Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026. Polarity Spiral is made by Viento Apps ("we", "us").

These terms apply when you download or play Polarity Spiral ("the game"). By playing it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and not for any commercial purpose. The rules of the store you got the game from apply as well: the Google Play Terms of Service, or Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If something in these terms conflicts with Apple's agreement about the licence itself, Apple's agreement applies.

No Ads

No Ads is a one-time purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. It removes the ads, doubles your coins after every run and gives you two free tries of every theme a day. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by the store under its own policies; we never see your payment details. The purchase belongs to your store account: install the game with the same account and it comes back.

Coins and themes

Coins and themes exist only inside the game. They have no money value and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money or anything outside the game. They are kept on your device, so uninstalling the game or moving to another device removes them. We may change prices, rewards and the ways coins are earned, and limited themes may come and go from the shop; a theme you own stays yours.

Leaderboards and names

Your leaderboard name and scores can be seen by every player. Do not choose a name that is offensive, that pretends to be someone else, or that uses someone else's rights. We may change or remove any name or score, and remove scores made by cheating, with a modified copy of the game or through a bug, and block the players who made them.

Invites and challenges

Invite rewards are for real friends who are new to the game. We may withhold or take back rewards gained by abuse, for example with several accounts or reset devices. Links and messages you share with friends are your own; please send them only to people who are happy to get them.

Ads

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. The ads come from third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for what advertisers offer. How ad data is used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Fair play

• Do not copy, change, sell or redistribute the game, or take it apart beyond what the law allows.
• Do not cheat, use tools that play for you, or interfere with the game's servers.
• Do not use the game in any way that breaks the law.

Our content

The game and everything in it, including its art, music, sounds, code and the name Polarity Spiral, belongs to Viento Apps or is used under licence. The fonts in the game come with their own licences, which ship with the app.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so features may change, and online features such as leaderboards and invites may be changed, paused or ended. The game is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update them here and change the date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
